We strive to provide reliable, secure, and timely logistics services for your business. If you are not fully satisfied with our services, please contact us within 30 days of the service date to discuss your concerns. Requests made after 30 days may not be eligible for a refund or credit.
Eligibility for Refunds or Credits
To qualify for a refund or service credit, the issue must be due to an error on our part, including:
- Late deliveries caused by Kiki Logistics LLC
- Damage to goods while in our care
- Missed or incomplete deliveries
Please note that cancellations, delays due to customer-provided information, or unavoidable events beyond our control may not be eligible for refunds.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued for situations such as:
- Services partially completed due to circumstances beyond our control
- Minor delays that do not significantly affect delivery schedules
- Claims for damages that are limited in scope
How Refunds Are Processed
Once we receive your request and review your case, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected time, please:

Service Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time.
- Last-minute cancellations may incur a service fee.
- Rescheduling is available subject to availability.
